I am a tenured Assistant Professor in the Experiential Engineering Education Department at Rowan University. I have a passion for introducing students to the world of engineering.
I grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA and attended college at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. I completed my undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering in 2005. After graduation I worked as a Biochemical Engineer at Merck & Co.
In 2007 I began my graduate work in Environmental Engineering at the University of Illinois. I completed my MS in Environmental Engineering in Civil Engineering in 2009 and defended my doctoral dissertation in December 2014.
In September of 2013, I joined the faculty of Rowan University as a tenure-track instructor in Mechanical Engineering. I earned tenure in the 2017-2018 school year.
